The Business Unit Metrology Devices’ marketing is looking for a Director – ProductMarketing (Metrology Devices BU) to join the team asap in one of our offices within EMEA.  Duties / ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in developing the next level devices marketing leadershipIn alignment with management teams, define, own, and drive ambitious marketing targets and success metrics for product offering including marketing growth initiatives, feature releases, solution positioning and product launchesLead and enable a team of high-quality Product Marketing professionals with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds, setting and supporting the achievement of set goals of the business.Plan technical product and communications strategy and provide input to product-related communications to the sales regions (Commercial Organizations)As part of broader team, contribute to long-term product strategy and roadmap planning as neededOversee deliverables, timelines, and budgets for the product marketing strategy efforts of the team. Qualification/ExperienceMS, MBA or a higher technical degree in a relevant areaProven experiences as solutions and storytelling expert within larger organizationsExtensive experience in fast moving marketing team with 15 years of relevant experience.Experience working with sales organization to understand business needs, develop deployable solutions plans, track growth and report resultsExperience within manufacturing and a B2B environment preferredKnowledge and skillsetDemonstrated experience of high quality, sales-oriented solution focused content campaigns 360 degree/ Integrated marketing: Intermediate understanding of new age digital marketing playbook is expectedGood grip on the macro-economic scenarios and multi-cultural diversityReady to travel 20%-40% of the working daysFluent in English, all other main languages of great advantageIf you are ready to work within a culture of high-performance and motivation and be a part of setting a new bar for the marketing of industrial technology, join our team.
